CG Nonprofit Solutions provides back-office services for small nonprofit organizations so that the board members can have the freedom to focus on their mission.

I know that board members on small nonprofit boards are overtaxed and often burnout because of all the work to be done.  Rather than losing those visionaries for the wrong reasons, let me help you free board members up to do what they came to do.

My goal is to be flexible, affordable and committed to your mission. Flexible because my services are scalable — providing just the custom services you need. Affordable because I understand that small nonprofits have only a small budget for administrative services. Committed to your mission because I will take the time to understand your organization and work with you as a partner.

Biography

I graduated in 1979 from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  My career path was to work as a human resources professional for 19 years in Los Angeles before moving to Southern Utah in 1998.  While enjoying the beauty of the St. George area, I continued to work with for-profit businesses primarily as a human resources professional and manager of operations.

The reason I moved to Southern Utah was in large part because of the natural beauty of the area and I have developed a passion for maintaining that beauty.  This is why I joined the board of directors of the Grand Staircase Escalante Partners — a nonprofit friends group dedicated to the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument.  I served as a board member and also as the Treasurer of the board.  Serving on the board made me realize the amazing amount of important work being done by nonprofit organizations and volunteers. This is why I have now expanded to use my experience in nonprofit settings.
